Thursday, September 27th Tour:   We boarded the buses and headed for New Orleans.  There we toured the National WWII Museum.  Some of the different displays were the Louisiana Memorial Pavilion, The Home Front, Planning for D-Day, the D-Day Beaches and Pacific Theater Invasions.

Friday, September 28th     Friday was a "free" day... Plenty of time to spend with friends.  In the afternoon the Annual Business Meeting and Election of Officers took place.  Friday evening we enjoyed a picnic style dinner of Hot Dogs & Hamburgers, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, drinks and desert.  Great time just relaxing and chatting with old shipmates and friends.
